Job Summary:

Autoliv Mexico is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide labor law and compliance guidance to ensure company policies and practices are compliant and minimize legal risks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.
  • Guide employees and management through organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.
  • Manage conflicts, handle employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify and develop top talent within the organization, including succession planning and career development.
  • Implement performance review processes, offer feedback, and assist in goal setting to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Address complex HR challenges and find effective solutions that align with both business and employee needs.
  • Persuade and influence stakeholders, negotiate terms, and mediate conflicts.
  • Effectively manage HR projects, such as implementing new policies, training programs, or HR technology systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources positions. Highly desirable in Automotive companies.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Knowledgeable in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training.
  • Excellent project skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation.
