We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Developer to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Traditional Channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Management: Manage a portfolio of distributors to ensure volume objectives are met with our clients.
- Route Optimization: Analyze and optimize routes to visit clients, strike new deals, and build alliances.
- Workforce Development: Train and develop our workforce on best practices, new strategies, and displays.
- Commercial Strategy Implementation: Implement new commercial plans and strategies across the region.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret commercial data to ensure consistent and correct implementation of new strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
