Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Process and manage orders for our annual nature book, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers worldwide.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of book inventory and warehouse management, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Account Management: Manage accounts for El Carmen Nature Reserve, including payment processing and vendor coordination.
- Financial Management: Prepare and track monthly expenses statements, as well as annual budgets, to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain conservation and biodiversity databases, utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data and provide insights.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sustainability team, including coordination of shipments and vendor communication.
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors and El Carmen staff.
- Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
- Education: Degree in accounting or administration, with a master's degree in administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, import/exportation, and database management.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in database management and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client service and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
