SAP Senior Manager, Business Technology Platform

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Manager, Business Technology Platform to lead our software and applications expertise team. As a key member of our SAP Community of Practices (COP), you will be responsible for the implementation of solutions that drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities- Software and Applications Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications related to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and cloud-native solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP COP team to identify and deploy the right software and application solutions.
- Program Management: Lead the program of software renovation within the SAP CoP, focusing on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP BTP.
- Software and Applications Governance: Provide input to cross-function controls for software and applications on both regional and global levels.
- Requisition and Procurement Management: Collaborate with management and oversee requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Cost Optimization: Explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments.
- Service Level Objectives and Key Performance Indicators: Ensure support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing staff and line responsibilities.
- Software and Applications Management: Experience managing large-scale software and application services.
- Service Delivery and Excellence: Service delivery, support, and excellence.
- Program/Project Management: Program / Project management experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality overview knowledge of SAP BTP.
- Cloud-Native Technologies and SAP BTP: Expert knowledge in cloud-native technologies and SAP BTP services.
- SAP BTP Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP BTP in application and configuration.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
- Technical Background: General technical background and understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other.
- Process and Service Orientation: Process and service orientation.
- CPG Business Processes Experience: CPG Business processes experience is a plus.
- SAP ERP Implementations: 8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
- Management Experience: 5+ years of direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP Platforms such as SAP BTP, cloud-native solutions, etc.
- SAP BTP Experience: Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP BTP solutions.
- SAP Implementation Cycles: At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in SAP BTP platform.
- Business Requirements and Development Objects: Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into development objects for SAP BTP.
- BPO and RPA Experience: Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
- Education and Certifications: Education/Certifications: SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
