We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that drives revenue growth and expands our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage client relationships and contractual service level agreements
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to build brand awareness and gain access to decision makers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth in the LATAM region
  • Experience selling and influencing into B2B/Institutional accounts
  • Strong understanding of the education and ed tech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
