- Ensure operational performance meets policies, procedures, and guidelines, reflecting the unique philosophy of the community and adhering to laws and best practices.
- Coordinate community/Asociación Civil activities, serve as a liaison between Elite Alliance Hospitality, the Developer, and owners/guests, and maintain owner and guest satisfaction standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Work with the management team to build a culture that aligns with the organization's values, creating positive, respectful, and effective work environments.
- Act as a mentor to management team members, fostering high-potential leaders and a culture of support, encouragement, teamwork, innovation, and professionalism.
- Execute and establish long-term strategic operational and financial goals to achieve optimal results, managing expenditures, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
