The Opportunity:
SalesLoft is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Customer Support Agent to join our fast-growing and high-performing customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our Sales Engagement platform.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is passionate about solving complex technical issues and providing personalized support to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing training and guidance to our customers on how to use our platform.
The Team:
Our Support team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
The Skill Set:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with customer support software and platforms
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
Within One Month, You'll:
- Attend SalesLoft's New Hire Orientation and learn about our company culture and values
- Begin 1:1's with your manager and set goals and objectives for your role
- Complete Support Training and learn about our Sales Engagement platform
Within Three Months, You'll:
- Work independently to resolve customer issues and provide support
- Develop a deep understanding of our Sales Engagement platform and its features
- Provide training and guidance to our customers on how to use our platform
Within Six Months, You'll:
- Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and development of our Support team
- Develop a strong understanding of our company's products and services
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure our customers have a positive experience with our platform
Within Twelve Months, You'll:
- Lead and mentor other Support team members
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our customer support experience
- Contribute to the development of our company's products and services
