Service Delivery Role
At The LEGO Group, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Service Delivery Specialist to join our Global End-User Support organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success by optimizing the usage of business technologies and increasing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems.
- Collaborate effectively with Digital Technology product teams to implement required processes, technology, and solutions on-site.
- Ensure adherence to IT Policies and Principles on the site.
- Proactively improve, utilize, train, and promote new technologies within the organization.
- Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the company.
- Engage with vendors as it relates to the IT area.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
- Expertise in one or more specific IT technical areas, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
- Data analytics and presentation document skills.
- An outstanding service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems, PLCs, and similar components.
Work Environment:
This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, NL. It is not a remote position.
