We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at HRPV Human Resources Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys, manage client phone calls, and assist with non-litigation legal documents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and generating leads.
- Manage client phone calls, respond to inquiries accurately, and provide client updates.
- Assist with non-litigation legal documents, including drafting, proofreading, and managing documents.
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments for U.S. attorneys.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).
- Must reside in Puerto Vallarta or surrounding areas.
- High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of legal procedures (a plus but not required).
- Competitive salary (13,000 to 15,000 pesos per month AFTER taxes, based on skills and English proficiency).
