Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at HRPV Human Resources Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys, manage client phone calls, and assist with non-litigation legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and generating leads.
  • Manage client phone calls, respond to inquiries accurately, and provide client updates.
  • Assist with non-litigation legal documents, including drafting, proofreading, and managing documents.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments for U.S. attorneys.
Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (B2 level or higher).
  • Must reside in Puerto Vallarta or surrounding areas.
  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of legal procedures (a plus but not required).
