Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Strategist to join our team at Bayer. As a key member of our Marketing Excellence team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the annual Consumer Insights learning plan to ensure a consumer-centric approach and strategic view through all marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual Consumer Insights learning plan to ensure a consumer-centric approach and strategic view through all marketing activities.
  • Lead and ensure the right consumer-centric strategic approach is applied in different markets and teams.
  • Develop regional opportunities, knowledge, and learnings that unlock short- and long-term business growth and white spaces.
  • Drive a consumer-centric culture by being in the center of major business decisions with CDH's RCL & Marketing Directors.
  • Influence Regional strategies with small and big data creating business cases cross-sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
  • Minimum ten years of Marketing, Consumer/Human Insights/Consumer Planning and Research experience, within OTC or FMCG brands.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to influence all levels (from CDH's to managers) within Bayer and market research suppliers/consultants.
