**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism, respect, and empathy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
