Amazon Sales Strategist, LATAM Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to support the expansion of our LATAM sellers on the Amazon US marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising and client-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximize sales for our existing sellers. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
The Amazon ESM (Existing Seller Manager) team is responsible for providing consulting services to our sellers in LATAM, helping them to expand their business to the US market. Our goal is to make our sellers independent and competitive with domestic sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize sales for our existing sellers.
- Provide data-driven insights and advice to our sellers on adopting programs that will help them optimize their success on Amazon.
- Build success cases with our sellers, providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
- Enable our sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
- Track business development results, analyze, and interpret reports and information for our portfolio.
