Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Solution Delivery Manager to oversee the onboarding of new clients onto BlueOptima Group. Based in Guadalajara, this role will involve collaborating with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality data to recurring customers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute the overall timeline for client onboarding.
- Support clients in installing and configuring the BlueOptima platform.
- Ensure consistency in delivery and reduce onboarding time.
- Manage and improve customer experience during the onboarding phase.
- Train system administrators to independently manage the system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working directly with clients, preferably in an administrative setting.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The drive and motivation to succeed.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A goal-driven attitude and desire to deliver client solutions.
- Good time-management and organizational skills to balance workload across multiple clients.
