**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Manager to lead our presales teams in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in Japan, working closely with regional sales managers and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of presales consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and delivering value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy training curriculums, ensuring team members have the skills needed to succeed.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvement.

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment, preferably in software or cloud sales.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese market and ability to communicate effectively with local stakeholders.
  • Experience with value-based selling and solution selling methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
