Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Manager at Videojet, you will be responsible for executing service growth plans based on our three pillars: Performance, Growth, and Efficiency. You will prioritize and implement service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service-level agreements using our Priority 1 and Priority 2 policy. Your goal is to speed up service delivery on site by evaluating the time and resources required for projects, installations, upgrades, and other technical services.
People Management
You will provide customer solutions using agile decisions and listen to internal and external customer needs to establish countermeasures and action plans. You will lead daily standup meetings with your team, contribute to annual and midyear review processes, and participate in the interviewing and hiring process. As a manager, you will also schedule periodic individual and team meetings, identify and develop team talent, coach, and mentor your team of 14-15 technicians to reduce response times, manage inventory, and promote collaboration.
Service Management
Through strong customer satisfaction skills and the use of various tools, you will grow Videojet revenues and printer placements by providing superior service. You will have excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, close all outstanding issues, and manage financials, including revenue growth, expense management, and inventory turns.
