About the Role:
Sword Health, Inc., a pioneering leader in pain management solutions, seeks a talented Growth Marketing Associate to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the Bloom marketing team, this individual will drive enrollments across key clients, employers, and health plans in the US. The successful candidate will excel in executing high-volume marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and leveraging data insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments for Bloom.
- Execute enrollment testing strategies to improve enrollment conversion rates and measure performance.
- Analyze performance of key marketing channels and campaigns, identifying trends and conversion opportunities.
- Report weekly on key performance indicators for marketing campaigns and channels.
- Support execution of member engagement and activation campaigns to increase program starts, completion, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Design, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, and Clinical Operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience in a B2C or B2B2C high-growth start-up environment or consulting/agency experience.
- Excellent English skills and ability to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US.
- Deep expertise in analytical tools, including Looker and Google Sheets, with Mixpanel experience a plus.
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute effectively and accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
