Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Account Manager Sr. to join our team at Motive. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to deliver customized product demonstrations to prospects, identify customer pains, and match them with proposed solutions.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years of experience working with strategic sales prospects in a pre-sales/sales engineering capacity, with a proven track record selling complex solutions. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, along with excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry.

The Technical Account Manager Sr. will report directly to the Director of Sales Engineering and will be responsible for delivering high-quality product demos, supporting Account Executives on discovery calls, and providing valuable insights to Mid Market AEs working on displacement deals.
