At Necodex, we seek an experienced Account Manager to establish long-term relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business opportunities from existing clients, and act as a client advocate. They will work closely with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Key responsibilities include making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Requirements and Skills:

  • Prior work experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • High communication skills
  • Excellent conversational and written English skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

We offer a competitive salary range $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as medical insurance, 3 PTO days, 12 day vacation period since day 1, initial trial period, opportunity for advancement & growth in a rapidly expanding team, mentorship, learning & education programs, and more.
