High-Growth Sales Development Representative

As a high-growth Sales Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team at Paystand. We are a venture-backed organization recognized for innovation in FinTech, with a mission to transform capital efficiency for enterprise businesses through our revolutionary Payments as a Service platform.
We take pride in being a top innovator in the industry, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as internet, blockchain, and FinTech services to digitize receivables, automate processing, reduce time-to-cash, lower transaction costs, and create new revenue streams for our clients.
Your role will demand consistent achievement of quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities, embracing an ownership mentality and propelling you toward a thriving career in sales. As a key member of our team, you will drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and deliver white glove service to articulate the value proposition and build rapport through effective communication.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an efficiency, organization, and detail-oriented approach. Experience working in a professional environment, outbounding into the finance segment, preferably in SaaS sales, is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and are committed to fostering a dynamic work environment where your skills and talents contribute to the continued success of our company.
