Major Incident Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Incident Manager to join our team at Finastra Usa Corporation. As a key member of our Operations Management Center, you will play a critical role in driving speedy resolution of major incidents and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and coordinate across multiple technical teams to resolve major incidents
- Own all levels of communication for major incidents, including effective bridge calls and timely updates
- Maintain and update ITSM records
- Perform functional and hierarchical escalations to meet service level agreements
- Assist in building team documentation and participate in RCA meetings
- Experience with ITIL methodologies and industry best practices
- ITIL v3 certification, minimum foundation level
- Strong background in managing financial/payments-related major incidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Experience leading teams to support meeting contractual service level agreements
