Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Incident Manager to join our team at Finastra Usa Corporation. As a key member of our Operations Management Center, you will play a critical role in driving speedy resolution of major incidents and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate across multiple technical teams to resolve major incidents
  • Own all levels of communication for major incidents, including effective bridge calls and timely updates
  • Maintain and update ITSM records
  • Perform functional and hierarchical escalations to meet service level agreements
  • Assist in building team documentation and participate in RCA meetings
Requirements
  • Experience with ITIL methodologies and industry best practices
  • ITIL v3 certification, minimum foundation level
  • Strong background in managing financial/payments-related major incidents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
  • Experience leading teams to support meeting contractual service level agreements
