Job Summary

The Service Agreement Sales Coordinator is a key customer-facing role that supports the service agreement sales team and customers by providing administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Track and respond to incoming contract or service agreement support requests
  2. Create quotations for warranty conversion
  3. Process insurance and compliance requests
  4. Install packet quotations
  5. Route and process Terms & Conditions, contractor agreements, and government contract forms and requests
  6. Assist the support team with various tasks
  7. Verify all renewals & conversions have been quoted using SAP reports; missing quotes are routed to service agreement sales associates
  8. Assist with marketing campaigns and track performance
  9. Process POs & maintain bookings report
  10. End-of-month tasks: Accept sold agreements in the quoting tool, share booked agreements with customer service, and share 24/7 sales with service
  11. Create service agreement and asset history reports for review
  12. New supplier forms & registrations
  13. Other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate
  • Experience preferred, but willing to train a highly motivated individual

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on education, training, experience, skills, competencies, and job-related knowledge. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive and a range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off including vacation, sick time, and holidays.
