About the Role

This position is based in Mexico City and offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support professional to join our team at Brightree. In this role, you will be responsible for selling ResMed's products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory and/or with specific accounts.

The primary objective of this position is to execute account strategy as defined by sales leaders, planning and positioning ResMed products and solutions to attain sales objectives and quota. You will develop an understanding of customers' business to identify needs and selling opportunities, enhance customer relationships through virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution.

You will also position ResMed products and services adoption to improve customer and patient outcomes, develop and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and account managers, ensure quality customer service and experience, and act as the single point of customer contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.

You will document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends. Additionally, you will develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management.

Responsibilities

A successful Sales Support professional must be a team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. They should excel in all forms of virtual communication, commanding a solid grasp of product and media presentations, especially via webinars, video conferencing, etc., using a variety of technologies.

They should have proven experience working in a collaborative environment to achieve individual and team goals, demonstrate a motivated and execution-focused approach with accountability for continuous improvement and attention to detail, provide excellent service internally and externally, and showcase self-starter qualities with leadership capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you should possess +1 years relevant business experience in B2B sales support, preferably in the medical device industry. A Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience is required.
