**Job Summary**

Nemak is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Comply with customer shipments and requirements on time
  • Prepare and manage weekly production plans to meet customer demands
  • Coordinate with operations to close performance gaps and ensure smooth production
  • Administer pre-machining suppliers and manage production plans, casting shipments, and customer shipments
  • Handle Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and verify releases to all suppliers
  • Verify customer demand and send releases to suppliers weekly
  • Coordinate shipment of supplies and handle engineering changes
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP), Lean Manufacturing, Assembly lines, and customer service

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IIS, IQA, IMA, IMTC, IME)
  • Proactive, teamwork, customer service, analytical, and responsible
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Apps, TPS, SAP, and APICS (desirable)
