Product Sales Specialist

Job Purpose:

As a key member of our vendor partnership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning, pipeline management, and sales floor enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable market share growth
  • Collaborate with the business unit and sales floor teams to deliver product knowledge and enablement
  • Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of deals within our CRM system
  • Provide weekly reporting to vendors on sell-out activity and pipeline performance
  • Support the execution of business and marketing plans as required
  • Identify and address training opportunities for customers and internal sales teams
  • Escalate customer care issues from the sales floor
  • Develop and maintain web tools, such as InTouch and Licensing Online
  • Communicate product information and promotions to customers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
  • Strong communication and data entry skills
  • Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
