Product Sales Specialist

Job Purpose:
As a key member of our vendor partnership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning, pipeline management, and sales floor enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable market share growth
- Collaborate with the business unit and sales floor teams to deliver product knowledge and enablement
- Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of deals within our CRM system
- Provide weekly reporting to vendors on sell-out activity and pipeline performance
- Support the execution of business and marketing plans as required
- Identify and address training opportunities for customers and internal sales teams
- Escalate customer care issues from the sales floor
- Develop and maintain web tools, such as InTouch and Licensing Online
- Communicate product information and promotions to customers and internal teams
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
