**Job Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements**

  • Desirable experience as VP, Chief, or Director of Marketing and Branding in the Startup sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand, content, and social media strategies with limited resources and in a short time.
  • Super strong skills in storytelling (go from brand strategies such as target customer, value prop, and brand positioning to simple yet compelling brand expression via copywriting or visuals that are easily understood by and embraced emotionally by the target audience).
  • Track record hiring and developing copywriters and visual designers with good eyes and taste.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic and creative plans that support the company's growth and benefit the customer.
  • Strong knowledge of a range of online and offline media platforms.
