About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at Verato Inc. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM issues, integrations, improvements, and process documentation
  • Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, providing insights, recommendations, and implementing improvement actions
  • Manage and administer a modern sales technology stack, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, outbound tools, sales enablement tools, and other relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and challenges, refining processes for maximum impact
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to align revenue operations with overall business objectives
  • Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and assist in implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales analysis, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM platform administration (Salesforce) and ownership of sales enablement tools (Salesloft, Gong, Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, Atrium, and CPQ/CLM tools)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Expert project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
