About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics consultant to join our team at Capgemini. As a consultant, you will work closely with our clients to design, implement, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service module according to business requirements.
- Customize and extend the functionality of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module using configuration and customization tools.
- Experience in deployment of solutions, managing pipelines, and managing solutions using Github.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and usability.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, customization, and integration.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in implementations using Microsoft Technologies with core skillset on MS Dynamics 365 customer service (CE) Module.
- Experience in production ticket management and SLA adherence.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing Plugins and Custom WF activities with solution approach.
- Strong hands-on experience in client scripting, MSD Supported Client APIs, and Consuming Web APIs and REST.
- Hands-on exposure in Azure deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting custom implementations deployed in Azure.
