Your Role
You will be the Controlling Business Partner for the Mexico site head, providing high-quality financial decision support on operational and strategic topics. You will ensure full cost transparency, target ambition, and manage the forecasting/planning process for the site you oversee. You will identify cost savings potentials based on best practice and prepare ad-hoc analysis and management presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics.
- 10+ years of experience in Controlling, including in a production controlling environment.
- Strong business partnering attitude and experience in business partnering.
- Analytical mindset and presentation skills.
- IT affinity to support digitalization.
- Pro-active and innovative mindset and ability to balance conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with business partners and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with standard IT systems SAP, BW, MS Office.
- Resilient and able to work under time pressure, keeping deadlines and high accuracy.
- Fluent in English and high team spirit.
