Incident Management Process Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Incident Management Lead to manage the entire incident management process from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to produce high-quality reports for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Leadership: Drive the incident management process to ensure timely resolution and quality standards are met.
  • Reporting: Produce weekly incident management reports for senior leaders, including issue and incident metrics.
  • Issue Management: Ensure issue management quality standards are met and act as a single point of contact for issue metrics.
  • Data Analysis: Transform raw data into useful metrics and reportable information for senior stakeholders.
  • Talent Development: Guide issue and corrective action plan owners and issue managers during the incident management process.
  • Partnerships: Build partnerships with Line of Business Operations leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in incident management or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with iCAP system and Cognos software.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and make effective decisions.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
