Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director Technical Consumer Research and Innovation to lead our Technical Consumer Research (TCR) function for the LATAM Region and Global categories. This role will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop regional BIG BETS, local key initiatives, and business continuity, as well as global category initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of TCR work across the network.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement quarterly and yearly plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and lead a highly engaged and networked TCR community.
  • Manage resources effectively, including budget requirements, performance management, and talent development.
  • Build relationships and networks with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Facilitate the identification of timelines, dashboards, and briefs for each initiative.
  • Ensure effective information flow between TCR and regional category owners.
  • Partner with external suppliers to extend internal capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sensory Science or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in consumer testing, with experience in leading, managing, and developing teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Technical mastery of TCR methodologies, statistical data analysis, and modeling.
  • Experience interacting with, influencing, and providing guidance to business partners and cross-functional peers.
