Caribbean Regional Operations Manager

As a key member of the Ford Motor Company team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing operations in the Caribbean region. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve wholesale and retail targets
  • Improve profitability by streamlining processes and reducing costs
  • Collaborate with dealers to resolve production and transportation challenges
  • Support retail and fleet deals, and negotiate with dealers to drive business growth
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to enhance brand presence
  • Develop business plans and create incentives to motivate sales teams

As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong understanding of the Caribbean market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid passport, US Visa, and advanced English language skills are required for this role.
