About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Business Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Design and implement targeted support engagement plans to drive customer success and adoption of SAP Cloud solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the use of SAP Cloud solutions, focusing on SAP Cloud solutions.
- Facilitate access to product and functional expertise for specific topic areas, such as through Empowerment Sessions.
- Conduct Quarterly Release Reviews and Continuous Trend Analysis to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to maximize adoption.
- Anticipate and resolve customer issues, acting as an escalation point and collaborating with other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful account management and customer success.
- Proactive learner and creative problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of SAP Preferred Success and Cloud Solutions, as well as the included service offerings, is an advantage.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to work with customer assignments located in Latin America and potentially support US customers.
