About the Role

Gigamon is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Channel Partners to ensure alignment and provide information on new opportunities and customer outcomes.
  • Lead focus assisting the account and support teams with key escalations.
  • Partner closely with our Renewals teams to ensure subscription revenue retention, renewal rates, and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Channel Partners, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Education Services, and Technical Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of the cybersecurity, cloud, and networking markets.
