Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a point person for payroll processes audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising teams and workload distribution.
- SAP knowledge or experience with KRONOS or similar software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
