Merchant Experience Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the merchant experience, ultimately driving revenue growth and portfolio optimization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with merchants to understand their needs and concerns, providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze account information, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue, volume, and merchant count.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, leveraging CRM systems and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or finance).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in payment processing.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting quotas and achieving goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
