About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchant Success Partnership Manager to join our team at Cognizant.

Job Summary

The Merchant Success Partnership Manager will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with SMB business owners and helping them achieve successful partnerships with our company.

Demonstrating a broad scope of skills, including operational improvements, troubleshooting product-related bugs, upselling incremental products and services, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention on a book of accounts.

Main Responsibilities

Connect and collaborate with existing merchant partners to understand their unique goals and priorities and help resolve current challenges to retain and grow our partners.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in sales account management roles increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.

• Creative, motivated, and passionate about sales account management.

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy with partners' needs and adapt to meet their unique goals.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
