About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing for PepsiCo, driving gold standard customer service, and maintaining site performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day-to-day order processing for PepsiCo, including order confirmation, order cleansing, and management of ICRs/Filters.
  • Manage customer communications, including adds/cuts, missing order communication, and off-template orders.
  • Confirm order completion and backfill other Customer Service Analysts on vacations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain.
  • Fluent in English (advanced English speaking skills required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service with strong follow-up skills.
  • Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
