About the Role: The Head of Intermediated Channel is responsible for overseeing the intermediated channel from a sales, marketing, and distribution perspective in Mexico's territory. As the Head of Distribution, this position leads the national strategy for Brokers, Sponsors, Agents, and Direct clients. This role develops and implements Broker marketing strategies to achieve top line goals by each distribution channel and with the right product mix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the relationships with the Brokers / Agents and drive the outputs from the execution of the agreements to deliver increased retention/new business and deliver financial targets.
  • Develop strategies and plans to increase engagement and profitable growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of best practice with Product Lines and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the activities of the executives in charge of maintaining the relationship and portfolio with each broker to achieve the production budget and engagement target.
