About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Development Manager to join our Industrial Measurements team in Latin America and the Caribbean region. As a Channel Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing market access strategies and plans to grow our brand footprint through our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partner and prospective partner relationships through the use of CRM software.
  • Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Craft and implement channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota.
  • Work closely with our marketing, sales, customer service group, and technical support experts, product area, as well as his peers across the region.
  • Support in all day-to-day activities related to the proper administration and collaboration with our partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing channel partnerships.
  • Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff.
  • Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.
  • Ability to lead by influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct analytics and solve problems.
  • Able to lead-self through time managements, organization, and prioritizing tasks.
