About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is based in Mexico City, supporting multiple internal investment teams, including Fundamental Active Equities and Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions. You'll work closely with portfolio managers to optimize returns through various trade types and represent the firm for selective markets or asset classes.
Your Responsibilities- Provide Best Execution across equity products, including ETFs and single stock names.
- Manage equity orders in a risk-controlled manner as a fiduciary.
- Monitor market activity in areas of specialization and provide feedback to portfolio managers and internal partner groups.
- Support investment teams with market color, information flow, and data analysis requests.
- Participate in day-to-day tasks in support of trading activities and liaise with trading operations.
- Collaborate with the Aladdin Engineering Team and other areas on systems development and automation.
- BA or equivalent experience in Finance or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant equity investment and/or trading experience.
- AMIB Figure 3 required.
- Strong understanding of liquidity and microstructure for equity markets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Analytical and creative approach to solving complex problems.
- Ability to articulate and translate data and ideas into audience-appropriate communication.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and approaches new challenges with a positive attitude.
