About the Role:

This senior-level position involves mediating employee disputes, conducting thorough investigations into reported concerns, implementing HR policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee disputes, providing guidance and support to both employees and management, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and with respect.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of open communication by facilitating employee feedback sessions and engagement initiatives, driving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on conflict resolution, communication skills, and performance management for staff and management, empowering them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Investigation Management: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to support talent management, performance reviews, and organizational development, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on employee relations trends and issues, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in conflict resolution, policy implementation, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
