Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in the LATAM Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and queries, and implementing new clients successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complaints and queries via ticket/phone within the expected time limits (SLA).
- Control and follow up any bugs with the operations team and the client.
- Lead implementations sessions successfully, providing a wonderful first setup experience with new clients from end to end.
- Retain companies under 49 seats, applying everything learned in the Customer Experience world.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and autonomous.
- Great multitasker.
- Flexible, fast learner (you should get easily familiar with software systems).
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
- Native level of Spanish.
- Previous experience in Customer Support/Experience.
