About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Sales Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans and bids in collaboration with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions.
  • Monitor customer and market trends, in conjunction with the marketing team, to develop effective marketing activities.
  • Design and implement tactical and strategic sales actions to achieve established objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in the water industry.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation products, particularly water flow meters.
  • Experience in managing distribution channels is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ABB's instrumentation portfolio or competitor's products is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
