• Meet the technical requirements of the Training and Development component in accordance with established standards.

• Provide direction for the administrative and operational aspects of the staff training program.
• Assist in the delivery of induction program topics and offer guidance on scheduling.
• Ensure compliance during internal and external audits.
• Actively participate in the plant's communication initiatives.
• Manage the budget for the upkeep of the training facility.
• Support the planning and logistics of training necessary for staff competency.
• Maintain training records in personnel files to validate staff competence.
• Deliver technical-operational training for personnel in process areas.
• Coordinate the maintenance plan for facilities, aligning with safety and budgetary objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to take initiative, manage oneself, identify needs, and implement effective changes while embodying the core values of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in analytical tools for data collection and analysis.
