About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Channel Sales team in Mexico and LCR as a Technical Sales Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and technical activities of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide Business Partners through our TGCS portal to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and send demo products to facilitate sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing demo equipment and maintain accurate check-in and check-out records.
  • Follow up on payment processes for key partners and create Purchase Orders as needed.
  • Support sales attainment file management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Currently enrolled in Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering program.
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week.
