Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Frito-Lay North America. As a CSR, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing, driving gold standard customer service, and maintaining site performance metrics. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America, including order confirmation, order cleansing, and management of ICRs/Filters
  • Provide exceptional customer communications, including managing adds/cuts, missing order communication, and off-template orders
  • Confirm order completion and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Support other CSRs on vacations and provide backup coverage as needed
Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Frito-Lay Field Sales Operations/Plant experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to provide superior customer service with strong follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS
  • Demonstrated capability of the FLNA SAP solution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
