Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Leader to join our team. As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives/managers to execute our sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure delivery of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

  • Considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International operates.
  • Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.
  • Solid experience working within Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) / Traditional Trade (TT).
  • Previous roles as Sales Regional Leader/Manager managing mid-large teams.
  • Omnichannel experience with a focus on DSD/TT.
