Sales and Customer Service Team Leader for Medical Tourism

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Placidway. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of sales and customer service representatives. Your primary focus will be on medical tourism, and you will be expected to provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Distribution: Conduct lead prospecting and assign leads to the appropriate team member based on priority and suitability.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Set individual and team performance targets and ensure they are met.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the industry to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase sales in the medical tourism sector.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support tailored to medical tourism clients.
- Case Management: Oversee the efficient handling of customer cases from initiation to aftercare, ensuring high customer satisfaction in medical tourism.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and opportunities in the medical tourism market.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical tourism product offerings.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in medical tourism.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and managing a sales and customer service team, preferably in the medical tourism industry.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service tailored to the needs of medical tourism clients.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales skills with a history of achieving sales goals in the medical tourism sector.
