Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Develop the Team
    • Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Specialists to ensure excellent customer service and support.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Support Operations
    • Collaborate with the support team to establish priorities and objectives to achieve high-quality customer service.
    • Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
    • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support operations.
  • Customer Experience
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer support leadership role.

      • Strong leadership and management skills.
      • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
      • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
