The Role
As an Ams Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will work with a team to provide efficient and flexible support where required. You will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.
Key Responsibilities
• Be fully proficient and competent in all administrator responsibilities and buddy others
• Manage various administration activities specific to the account
• Manage ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
• Update the applicant tracking system as needed
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
• Produce ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring they are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes
• Manage day-to-day queries, ensuring they are dealt with effectively and timely, and escalated where necessary
• Work to service levels agreed with the client
• Conduct process reviews and suggest improvements
• Participate in creating/updating operation manuals and other process documentation, making updates as needed and informing the team
Requirements
• Experience in recruitment-related administrative activities is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
• Good written and spoken English language skills, plus other languages as required by the client
• Office experience in a busy and challenging administration, support role, or customer services environment
• Experience working with recruitment systems (i.e., ATS) and maintaining high data integrity
• Experience working within an outsourcing or recruitment environment
• Experience managing difficult client relationships
